Apply for Insurance
For your convenience, the MedSolutions application process has been streamlined. Once eligibility has been established, accounts will receive a formal proposal with 72 hours of our underwriters receiving a complete application submission.
Follow these instructions to initiate the application process:
- Print and complete the MedSolutions application for insurance. All requested information must be provided and the application must be signed in order for your submission to be processed.
- Gather the supporting documentation required for the submission. A complete list of the required documentation can be found on the application.
- Submit your completed submission to the designated MedSolutions agent.
- Once our underwriters have received your complete submission, you will receive a proposal within 72 hours.
- Binding requirements, payment terms, etc. will be presented by your agent upon your acceptance of the proposal.
