For your
convenience, the MedSolutions application process has been streamlined.
Once eligibility has been established, accounts will receive a formal
proposal with 72 hours of our underwriters receiving a complete
application submission.
Follow these instructions to initiate the application process:
- Print and complete
the MedSolutions application for insurance. All requested information
must be provided and the application must be signed in order for your
submission to be processed. If you are currently insured with American
Safety Insurance (ASI), Click here for the renewal application.
- Gather
the supporting documentation required for the submission. A complete
list of the required documentation can be found on the application.
- Submit your completed submission to the designated MedSolutions agent.
- Once our underwriters have received your complete submission, you will receive a proposal within 72 hours.
- Binding requirements, payment terms, etc. will be presented by your agent upon your acceptance of the proposal.
